Last Known Activity
PFC William Proctor was severely and paralyzed by a wound to the spine in May 1969. He was sent to Letterman Hospital, San Francisco, California to recover. Unfortunately, he died of that wound in hospital.

He was interred in Forest Lawn Memorial Park (Hollywood Hills), Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California, Plot: Section: Enduring Faith Map #:D16 Lot #:3815 Space #:3 .
