I served with Ralph in the Americal Div. 5/46 198LIB. I knew Ralph, big Mets fan, always smiling , upbeat, a good person who was well liked by others. I think of him often. My sympathies to his family and friends, especially his brother Mike, who I have had contact with.

Madison, NJMy three children have all played in the gymnasium of St. Vincent Martyr School here in Madison which was named in honor of Ralph. I never met him, but I think about him and the sacrifice he made every time I walk into that gym.
