MAJ Miller was a passenger of a Huey. The aircraft had just finished refueling on a Navy fuel point.
 The aircraft took off into the wind, got to about 75 feet. the pilot then turned the a/c around down wind.
they crashed into a creek.
 all members of the flight crew and the 5 passenger on board were killed
