1st Sgt. Oscar "O.L." Midkiff was interred in Oakwood Cemetery, Hartford, Ohio County, Kentucky.
He had enlisted in the Army on 2 April 1944 at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana. (No details. There was a break in service following WWII, as he was working as a store clerk in Lexington, Kentucky in 1950.)
