Last Known Activity
WO1 McDonald attended Army helicopter flight school in class 69-21 prior to his tour in RVN. (Not certain if it was at Ft. Wolters, Texas or Hunter AAF, Georgia).

He served as a pilot, flying a UH-1C (tail Number 64-14189) at Cu Chi. He and his crew were killed on gun run at the Michelin Rubber Plantation in Binh Long Province.
