Was living in Lawrenceburg, TN his hometown. He spent alot of time taking care of his mother . He and his wife had no Children. He passed away Feb. 5,1978 after a long battle with Cancer.
   
Other Comments:
William Otis "Bill" Polk joined the U.S. Army Sept. of 1941. He was Stationed at Hickam Field Dec. 7, 1941 during the Attack on Pearl Habor by Japan. He spent the War in Asia. He never really talked about his service at all.
