Last Known Activity
In1942, Kellett was a member of the 17th Pursuit Squadron, 24th Pursuit Group, USAAF 5th Army Air Force when he was taken as a prisoner of war by enemy forces and interned at the Cabanatuan Prisoner of War Camp. He was reported to have died July 19, 1942, and was subsequently buried in Grave 312, along with other prisoners who died on that date. His remains were identified and accounted for on July 23, 2019.
