Last Known Activity
On May 9, 1970, SP4 Stephen H. Haight was aboard a UH1C helicopter (serial #66-15148) which crashed and exploded about 5 miles southwest of the city of Phy Vinh in Vinh Binh Province, South Vietnam.

His body was never found.
