Last Known Activity
CW2 Emch was killed in the crash of his UH-1D () near Ben Tre, RVN during a standardization check ride. Crash was due to engine failure. The other pilot, WO1 J.N. Miller survived.

He had enlisted in 1968. He graduated with Flight class: 69-17.

He was interred in Moran Cemetery, Spokane, Spokane County, Washington.
