Sgt. Eddy Couch graduated from the NCOC Fort Benning in class 23-68 on 21 May 1968.

He was awarded the Bronze Star, the Silver Star, the Vietnames Military Merit Medal, and the Vietnamese Indiividual Gallantry Cross for his actions in Vietnam.

He was interred in Senoia City Cemetery, Senoia, Coweta County, Georgia.
