Last Known Activity
Sgt. Clark was serving as a gunner board a UH-1D ( tail number 66-16036) while enroute out of Phu Loi field to a combat area south of Saigon.  After picking up passenters at an ARVN compaound, the aircraft crashed due to mechanical failure.  All 5 crew and 2 of the passengers were killed.
   
Sgt. Clark was interred in City Cemetery, Lakeland, Lanier County, Georgia.
