Last Known Activity
SSgt. Cartland was a graduated of the NCOC program at Fort Benning, Georgia in January 1969, Class13-69.

In Vietnam he served with 2nd Platoon, C Company, 2nd Battalion, 27th Infantry, 25th Infantry Division. Began his tour on 1 April 1969.

He was interred in Mount Emblem Cemetery, Elmhurst, DuPage County, Illinois, Plot Sec. Pine, lot 601 South 1/2, Grave #3.
