Pfc. Donald D. Campbell, of 2321 S. 13th St. Tacoma, died 3 Jul (1970) in South Vietnam. Pfc. Campbell was born 13 Nov 1949 in Tacoma, and had lived there all his life. He was graduated from Stadium High School. He was a member of Tulalip Tribes, Inc. He leaves his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William G. Campbell of Tacoma; three brothers, John, Walter and Charles Campbell, all of Tacoma, and five sisters, Mrs. Katherine Elliott of Tacoma, Mrs. Carol Dudnick of Santa Ana CA, Mrs. Joan Duplessis of Los Angeles CA, Mrs. Sandra Bodenick of Thousand Oaks CA and Mrs. Helen Keating of Tacoma. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Schaefer Funeral Home, with Elder Herbert Goedel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints officiating. Burial with full military honors will be in Mission Beach Cemetery. (Everett Herald)
