Last Known Activity
Pvt James Garnett Agee served with F Company, 63rd Infantry, 6th Infantry Division.  Hewas killed in action on 20 January 1945 in the offensive assaults near Cataguintingan (Damortis-Rosario Rd) area. This area of Luzon in the Philippines is know as "Purple Heart Valley".

He was interred in the private family cemetery, Agee Cemetery, Dillwyn, Buckingham County, Virginia.
