Son of John D. Sr and Jennie McKean Livingstone. Was the First Combat Loss of the 9th Pursuit Squadron, 49th Pursuit Group. Crashed After Being hit by Ground Fire. Livingstone Army Air Field Was Named For Him. Lt Livingstone had graduated WVU and Was a Ski Instructor in New York at The Time of His Enlistment.
