Last Known Activity
PFC Kit Blackwelder was a passenger aboard a UH-1D (tail number 65-09957).  The aircraft experience fuel starvation while on an administarative 173rd lift.  The aircraft crashed in a cemetary near Highway 1 at Long binh.
