rode the same bus to high school
USA
Jimmy, we hunted squirrels together behind Commander Haverty's house in the woods off the Ortega River. We talked of dating girls and how hard Forrest Senior High School was. I went into the USMC a year later, in 1968 to get even for you. I did. After your funeral in Starke, I never checked up on your brother, Tommy. Forgive me. Every day I feed the squirrels at my bird feeder, I remember you. God Bless you, my friend.
