One of the finest, gone but not forgotten. Posted for: MICHAEL FRANCIS BASTIAN:
ACF5DED.bmp Sgt. "MIKE" MICHAEL BASTIAN (REAR OF PHOTO during a card game)was a member of 1st Platton "A" Co. 5/46th 198th LIB. I was proud to have served with him. I remember how he and SP/4 Bobby Collins were good friends. I remember with Mike being from the city how he liked to tease this southern boy, all in good fun. I remember him showing me the ropes when I was new in country. "FOR HE WHO SHEDS HIS BLOOD WITH ME SHALL BE MY BROTHER -William Shakespeare" Rest in peace brother. Posted by: L.D.
