Last Known Activity
Sgt. Delbert D. Kovalcheck served with Hq. Company, 3rd Battalion, 31st Regimental Combat Team, 7th Infantry Division.  His unit landed at Inchon prior to the landing leading to the Chosin.

He was killed during the Chosin Reservoir Campaign, eastern shore, and part of Task Force MacLean/Faith.  He went missing on 12 December 1950.

He held an MOS 3729, Combat Construction Specialist.

His remains werre identified on 31 October 2013.  He was interred in Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia.
