Last Known Activity
MG Boschen was Chief of Finance, April 1936 - April 1940.

He was wounded and awarded the Silver Star Citation (later Silver Star Medal) , while a member of the 47th NY Infantry Regiment during the Spanish-American War.

He was commissioned in the Infantry in 1903 and transferred to Finance in Aug 1920.
