Last Known Activity Pvt. Cosmo Ciano served with Company G, 506h Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division. He was killed in action on 6 June 1944 after parachuting into the Cotentin Peninsula, France, during the invasion of Normandy. He was missing for 4 days when his body was found.
