HE WAS MARRIED TO MARY (MITTENDORF) DAVIS AND HAD 3 CHILDREN FRED, RICHARD AND SARAH ELIZABETH AT THE TIME OF HIS DEATH. HE WAS A GRADUATE OF EAST FAIRMONT HIGH SCHOOL AND ATTENDED 3 YEARS OF COLLEGE.
