T/4 CARL C. LUZIER WORKED AS A CARPENTER BEFORE HE WAS INDUCTED INTO THE ARMY ON 22 APRIL 1941.  HE WAS ASSIGNED TO THE HEADQUARTERS COMPANY OF THE 201ST INFANTRY REGIMENT AND WAS STATIONED IN ALASKA FROM 12 SEPTEMBER 1941 UNTIL 2 APRIL 1944.  T/4 LUZIER RETURNED HOME TO WEST VIRGINIA AFTER HE WAS HONORABLY DISCHARGED ON 12 JUNE 1945.  THE SOCIAL SECURITY DEATH INDEX HAS HIS DEATH LISTED AS 8 DECEMBER 1998 IN MELBOURNE, BREVARD, FLORIDA
