Last Known Activity
Sgt. Joseph A. Bowen served in Korea with Medical Company K, 31st Infantry Regiment, 31st Regimental Combat Team, 7th Infantry Division, was lost on Nov. 30, 1950, during a battle near the Chosin Reservoir, North Korea.

His remains were identified on 7 November 2011, and he wasd interred in Hephzibah Baptist Church Cemetery, Columbus, Georgia.
