Last Known Activity
Spc. Kevin J. Graham of Benton, Kentucky is the son of Sandra and Daniel Graham. He was posthumously awarded the Bronze Star Medal, A Purple Heart; the Army Good Conduct Medal and the Combat Infantry Badge. While serving he received the National Defense Service Medal, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Bronze Service Star, the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Army Service Ribbon, the Overseas Service Ribbon, the NATO Medal and the Expert Marksmanship Badge. He is survived by his wife, Krystal Graham of Fort Lewis, Washington; a son, Brian Graham of Fort Lewis, Washington; his parents, Sandra and Daniel Graham of Benton, KY and three brothers. Kevin died at age 27 in Kandahar, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device.
