Last Known Activity

Captured on the west bank of the Moselle River near Ahn, Germany, with Pfc. Paul E. Hastings, T/5 Albert M. Shousky, Pfc. Leo F. Cycon, and Pvt. William W. Rhodes, by a raiding party of 15 Germans who had crossed the iced over river with ladders on the night of 29 January 1945.
