Dad retired Spring of 1969 from Mannhiem Germany.  He was attached to the Corp of Engineers.

Dad's service was from 1936-1941, then from 1942 - 1946, 1951 (?) to 1964, then from 1965-1969.

He served in the Third Army under Gen Patton-in France and the Rhineland from 1944-1945.  The Bronze Star I believe is from the Battle of the Bulge.
