Last Known Activity
Larry was the son of BG Lawrence V. Greene, ADC and CG, 3rd Infantry Division, in Wurzburg, (West) Germany. Larry was KIA by hostile small arms fire on 30JAN68 in a battle with hostile NVA forces near Phu Yet, RVN. He was a member of the 503rd Infantry (Airborne) attached to the 173rd Airborne Brigade at the time of his death. He was buried in Arlington. Laid to rest next to him are his father and mother. His sister, Page, passed away 5 years ago but, her resting place is unknown to me.  CPT. Dave Adams,  Alexandria, VA, 23JAN09
