I remember just a couple of days before we lost you I was telling you that you needed a haircut and how much I disliked those tiger fatigues that you always wore. It was just Army stuff Frankie. What was really important was what a fine spirited young man you were. You were taken way to soon. I'll never forget you.

Missing You!.My friend
Throughout grammar school we were the best of friends, as we got older that continued. We talked about things we could get into.and then I was drafted in 1967. While I was in I learned of Frank's death and was hurt.deeply. Frank was one of few who I called a true friend. I will miss him. ~Willis Diggs~

My darling little brother Frank you were so young to leave this earth.
You were so much fun to be with, always making me laugh,
what a great personality you had.
I will love you always, one day we will be together again and
you could make me laugh again.
Your loving sister MaryAnn
