PFC William Milton Graham (RA 17147148) was born in Bexar County, Texas in 1925. He enlisted for WWII in 1943. He enlisted again sometime before the US entered the Korean War and was assigned to the 25th Reconnaissance Company of the 25th Infantry Division which was doing Occupation Duty in Osaka, Japan. In July of 1950 they were sent to Korea and landed at Pusan, South Korea on July 17, 1950. So, for 20 months William was in combat and was killed on the second drive into North Korea.
Also, his sister, Betty Jean Graham was the one who signed for his memorial grave stone on July 17, 1952.
