Dear Lt., Deters, I was on guard duty, that night the motars took, your life and that, of John Carl Rodgers. I heard them, pop and I wish, I had yelled, "Incoming," sooner. Maybe, you would have been able, to take cover. I wish, I had, a picture, of you, from that year. So may young, faces, I can't, remember them all. But I will, remember, your heart and your faithfulness, to your brother, warriors. And I want to say, thank you. Now until, my own race is finished, I will press, on and hope, to meet up with you, in heaven, where, there will be no more, war! (Heb. 12:1, 2) Spec., 4, Richard Moore, Charlie, Troop, 69-70.

“You are Remembered”
Peace and condolence, to the family and friends. “He which hath no stomach, to this fight, let him depart. But we in it, shall be remembered. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers!! For he today, that sheds his blood with me, shall always be my brother.” Rest in peace brave soldier, you have not been forgotten. (W.Shakespeare) May God Bless you, for your Sacrifice!!!
