friend and neighbor

You may be gone but you are not forgotten as I think of you often. Thank you very much for your sacrifice for all of us. I miss you.
A close neighbor when we were growing up in small town america. though younger than myself we were all close. A small boy at the time I see him with a rifle bigger than him but still doing what was demanded of him.Far more a hero than the long hair war protesters will ever be.
