Thirty-Four years ago today we lost you. At times it seems like only yesterday_and you will be coming home soon. Larry you are always in my heart and in my mind. I will miss you forever and love you always. You were a wonderful Brother and an outstanding young man. I miss you so very much.

I was with him, when he died. Sgt.Landis and myself, carried him out of the field, to a landing zone. His best friend, Cox, (I just never knew, any first names) then went and signed up, for helicopter pilots school. I hope, he did well and I hope, he never had, to come back. Hero, is such, an inadequate word.

I knew Larry in Basic tranning at Fort Campbell Ky and AIT at Fort Polk LA. He was a great friend. I was still in the states when I saw his name in the Army Times. His name is my first stop at the wall. I will never forget him. Ben Kudwa
