a deep and lasting love....forever remembered, never forgotten

Posted on 2/11/01 - by Reverend Allysaon L. Krist

i first met 'Tex' when we both worked at Sharon General Hospital...he as an orderly and me as a candy striper. A first love sort of crush I had...very young and impressionable. He, quite the gentleman, always suave, polite, willing to indulge a young girls' fantasy. I remember well when he died, and how I cried. My heart had been forever broken. I have visited the Wall in Washington several times, and never forgotten this wonderful young man, who shaped my life and loves as a young woman forever. Greatly missed and never forgotten.I keep the wall etching of his name in my Bible and as I run my hands over it, I can remember all the wonderful times, the shared laughter, the fun. He was such a smiling and honest young man. He meant more tome than just these few words could ever explain. Forever remembered/never forgotten.
